Beta Terms of Service

This is a private, invite-only beta. These short-form terms govern beta access. A full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, reviewed by legal counsel, will replace this page before Zari Labs opens to the public. By signing in or using Zari Labs, you agree to these terms — if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Zari Labs (“Zari Labs”, “we”, “us”) is an early-stage software project operated from the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. It is currently operated by its founder as a sole proprietorship; these terms may be assigned to a successor legal entity (e.g., Zari Labs LLC) upon its formation, without changing their substance. 2. Educational purpose only — not investment advice

Zari Labs is an educational research tool. It is not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on the platform is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

All analyses, comparisons, verdicts, scores, screens, allocation illustrations, coach lessons, and other outputs — including AI-generated content — are for informational and educational purposes only. They are observations about publicly available data, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or contain errors. Do not rely on either for trading decisions.
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always do your own due diligence and consider consulting a licensed financial adviser.
We owe you no fiduciary duty, and no adviser–client relationship is created by your use of Zari Labs.

3. Beta status — things will break, data may be wiped

Zari Labs is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge during the beta. Features may change, malfunction, or be removed without notice.
Your data — including watchlists, portfolios, and notes — may be modified, lost, or deleted during beta operations. Keep your own copies of anything you care about.
Access is by personal invitation, is non-transferable, and may be suspended or revoked at any time, for any reason. We may end the beta, or the service, at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zari Labs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account or invite access with others; scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data or outputs; resell, republish, or redistribute platform outputs; reverse-engineer the service; probe or test its security without written permission; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that strain the service.

5. Privacy (beta summary)

During the beta we store: your email address and authentication identifiers, the content you create (watchlists, portfolios, notes), request and usage logs, and records of AI usage. We use this to operate and improve the service — we do not sell your data. Service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (authentication), Railway (hosting), Anthropic (AI processing), and Financial Modeling Prep (market data). To have your account and data deleted, email admin@zarilabs.com and we will action it promptly. A full Privacy Policy will be published before public launch.

6. Feedback and early access

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share may be used freely by Zari Labs to improve the product, without restriction or compensation.
The beta contains unreleased work. Please don’t publicly post screenshots, recordings, or details of unreleased features without asking us first — a quick email is all it takes. (This is a courtesy of early access, not a formal NDA.)

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Zari Labs is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any investment or trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (US$50) or the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).

8. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these terms as the beta evolves; the “Last updated” date above will change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Either of us may end your beta access at any time; sections 2, 6, 7, and 8 survive termination. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
